Cycle Atlas is a browser-based menstrual cycle planning calendar that calculates expected date ranges based on user-entered data. It is a personal organizer and educational tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, contraception, or fertility confirmation.
3. Medical Disclaimer — Critical
Cycle Atlas is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
- Do not use Cycle Atlas for contraception or pregnancy prevention
- Do not use Cycle Atlas to diagnose any medical condition
- Do not use Cycle Atlas to confirm ovulation or fertility
- Do not rely on Cycle Atlas for pregnancy decisions

4. Accuracy & Limitations
- Calculations are estimates based on user-provided data and selected variability
- Biological cycles vary; estimates accumulate uncertainty over time
- Fertile window display uses a simplified calendar method (approx. 14 days before next expected period) and is not a reliable fertility indicator
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability
5. Your Data & Privacy
- Your cycle entries stay in your browser's local storage only
- We do not collect, store, or transmit your cycle data to any server

6. Intellectual Property
Cycle Atlas content, design, code, and algorithms are owned by the publisher. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. The name "Cycle Atlas" and associated branding are trademarks.
7. Permitted Use
You may use Cycle Atlas for personal, non-commercial cycle planning. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or index the service
- Interfere with the service's security or performance
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
8. Third-Party Services
After AdSense approval, the site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google's use of cookies and data is governed by Google's Advertising Policies. We do not control third-party ad content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Cycle Atlas and its publisher are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
- This includes damages for health decisions, pregnancy outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (zero)
